How it works

About this class

This all-levels class combines the gentle art of intentional touch with a stress releasing movement practice. Breathe. Sense. Release. As you move through a slow-flowing sequence that includes longer holds in familiar shapes, you will be offered supportive, hands-on assists and compassionate touch to help you find a sense of both strength and ease. This combination of movement and touch encourages a deep release in your body and a sense of serenity in your mind. Pre-registration recommended; class size is limited.
