Mill was a great instructor for any level of experience. The style was a little slower, with more focus on breath and stretching, versus being an extra challenge. The room was warm but comfortable, but I only just broke a sweat. Great class for refocusing energy and relaxing (especially on a Friday afternoon).

I can’t get over how much I love this studio! My favorite in Seattle by far!! Madeleine was such a pleasure. The class was warm (but comfortable, not unbearable like some studios) and the flow worked you up to a sweat but comfortable for all levels. If you’re looking for authentic yoga, go to Ripple!
Vinyasa Yoga
Really relaxing and pose focused. Unlike a lot of the other yoga studios around that focus on a workout, this class was much more about your yoga practice. Great for someone looking to learn and polish their practice
Vinyasa Yoga
No welcome upon entering studio. Class did not flow or build. Poor instruction and awkward sequencing. No connection to students or assists. Lacked meditative insights and overall physical or mental inspiration.

Loved this class, really got my energy up.

the best class ever.
Vinyasa Yoga with Gary
The teacher didnt provide any verbal or physical adjustments to any poses and provided no assistance to beginners. The flow consisted of only sun salutations, which is fine, but for saying we teach real yoga in their bio, there was no spiritual aspect. Weird vibes all around.

Birdie was lovely and Glass was great. This studio upholds whats missing in so much yoga in the city. The walls are filled with Vedic traditional information. Theres a true Savasana. And the sense of community is greater than the sense of marketing. Vinyasa class is best for someone with experience. Plenty enough of a workout. Wonderful teaching. Ill be back.

Ashley, who I know as Birdie, is an amazing instructor. I always feel so calm and refreshed when I leave her classes, and sweaty. Absolutely recommend taking a class with her
