About this class

Tabata is 20 seconds of an exercise with 10 seconds rest. Every class is different! Sometimes there are stations with more of a Bootcamp feel and sometimes we use of a step bench and dumbbells to power through a series of circuits to strengthen and shape your body. Push yourself beyond your limits with a combination of upper and lower body exercises along with some cardio mixed in to keep your heart rate pumping.

What is ClassPass?
