About this class

Cue’s spin on high-intensity “boot camp” style training. This 45-minute, constantly varied class combines cardiovascular movements like sprints and jump rope with high-rep core movements utilizing medicine balls and kettlebells to deliver a unique, high energy experience. Gets you in and out quick with a good sweat in between! No barbell involved in this class.

How to prepare

— Towels are provided on your way in the door. — Private washrooms with showers. — Pre-workout carbs and post workout protein are available (for purchase) in the lobby. — Cubby compartments and hangers are available. — Show up 10 minutes early to settle in.

How to get there

They are located on 902 1st Ave S in Pioneer Square, across from CenturyLink Field. There is street parking nearby, and the Stadium Place parking garage about a block away offers public parking for $3/hour.
