All patients will be asked a series of COVID-19 screening questions upon arrival. Proof of Vaccination will be kept on file.
Mask-wearing policies
All patient-facing staff are wearing surgical masks, and we are requiring patients to wear their own mask.
Social distancing measures
Our space has a limit of patients and the only contact you will be confronted with is you vs practitioner and the front desk receptionist. Everyone is required to wear masks and sanitize often.
