About this class

While all of our classes include a well-rounded full body workout incorporating 30 minutes of treadmill work, and 30 minutes of fun and creative functional exercises and weightlifting, our Butt and Legs days will have additional emphasis on the lower body, including a variety of exercises that specifically target your glutes, quads, hamstrings, hip flexors and more. Lean206 is an interval training workout that mixes cardio with strength training. The cardio portion of class uses our state of the art Woodway treadmills for a smooth, low impact running experience like no other. The strength training portion of class will work you from head to toe and involves a range of equipment such as weights, med balls, body weight exercises and much more. This 60 minute class will build on your strength, endurance and overall physical conditioning. Lean206 is for everyone. Whether you are just getting into fitness or you are a hardcore fitness fanatic this class is for you! Walkers, joggers and serious runners are all welcome. Bring water and a sweat towel!

some of their instructors don't give much attention to students even if classes are less than half full, what is the difference with a recorded video then? but they have great instructors too, and front door staff is always super helpful!

Class was high energy and coach was great at timing, though there wasn’t a lot of time for form demos and if you were unfamiliar with exercises it would be hard to keep up. Also no guidance for “heavy” or “light” weight choices.

It was a good workout. Felt like of like going to the gym, but with a trainer to hold you accountable. I have a foot issue and they let me ride a bike instead use the treadmill. Head up that running is a big part of the class which you might not guess from the name.
