About this class

This is a Fun 45 minute full body training class that is designed for all fitness levels. Let loose and have fun in this class.  If you are new to working out or have years of experience, this class is what you make it. We will always push you the 212 way but you will determine your intensity level, resistance level and ROM (Range of Motion) ability throughout the session using the exercises we have selected.  This class will cover stretching, mobility, strength, cardio and core work.

What is ClassPass?
