Starbucks Just Added Their Healthiest Menu Item Ever

If you’re like us, then your day probably doesn’t start until your morning Starbucks run. They first wowed us this year with their healthy egg bites and are now kicking it up a notch. Starting this week, our favorite coffee house will be serving up vegan and organic overnight oats – their healthiest item to date.

Here’s how Starbucks is making their version: they will be blending quinoa, chia seeds and steel cut oats and soaking them overnight in coconut milk. Before serving, they will be topped with shaved coconut and sliced almonds. Talk about yummy.

Due to their protein bistro box being their best selling lunch option, Starbucks recognized that their customers wanted more protein options. This new menu addition has 6 grams of protein per serving and will start your day with a huge dose of delicious.

Currently, this is being served at 600 New York Starbucks locations and if it’s a big hit they will roll it out nationwide.
