Circuit Conditioning
Great circuit boot camp class. There were five circuits for the 45 minutes, doing each circuit once. However within the circuit there were two variations of workouts within each circuit. The instructor is awesome, encouraging, motivating, and fun.

HIIT
Quick but intense class. Instructor was mindful of injuries and limitations people had. Really nice facility as well- I wish they would put open gym time on ClassPass so I could go use those machines! Check in took forever.
