    Hot Buddha

Tia was adorable! Really loved this class. Not a traditional flow class (which I was fine with but some folks prefer that) but had challenging postures and some sequences and a nice balance of abs and chill out. Loved it!

Great studio, small and cozy. Idk if my class was the norm, but I felt it could have been more challenging, and I'm not even in that great of shape. It was great for a beginners class, but need different levels. Beginner, intermediate, advanced etc.

    barre3 (45 minutes) LIVESTREAM

I love barre3 livestream (and in-studio when I’m back home!) classes. The streaming quality and sound is always consistent. Props are minimal, and even without them, it is a great burn. Every instructor brings their own style, and every flow is different and challenging. There’s always cues for modifications, too!

    Vinyasa

The studio is small and intimate and the class was accessible to all levels, but with a strong focus on alignment and technique lots of thoughtful adjustments. Ive been to 2 classes at Hilltop and both times found that they have you hold poses longer than Im used to, which made it feel surprisingly challenging despite the poses themselves being relatively basic. Im pregnant and Hilaire was very comfortable offering me modifications and recommendations without seeming anxious or changing the focus of the class (as has happened to me at other studios).

    Zi- Cardio - In Studio

Fun class and Jessica had a ton of energy! This is definitely on the more difficult end as far as choreography goes. That makes it way more interesting, but harder to follow in the beginning. Id recommend it for people who have taken a couple dance classes before and are ready for the next step after Zumba/werq. It was a great workout and Ill definitely be back!

Solid massage, particularly in the upper body/pecs and arms. Note: her studio is in her garden unit of her residence - you will hear her birds but it went along with her “forest” background music haha. She was very pleasant, so accommodating when I was running late. #ClassPassInsider

Bring your mat and work up a sweat. Reyna is great at keeping you going! Great fitness class. Would describe this as a total body sculpt class with some aerobics - started with yoga stretches, upper and lower body strength training with light weights, some core, and some cardio like jumping jacks. All body workout with lots of modifications for different levels. Maskless option for vaccinated customers-was asked to show vax card.Appreciate the added safety checks.

Let me say this--I have done all the big box fitness studios, but none of them come CLOSE to the community & intelligent sequencing at reNew. Nicky & all of the instructors are so passionate about not just the workout, but also about their PEOPLE. After my first class last week with Alyssa, I immediately signed up for two more the following week & am now looking at an unlimited membership. The space is cozy but well-equipped. The people who show up to work are encouraging & kind. I love the intensity & formats, but I'm really just grateful this place exists because I feel like a bad b after every workout. LOVE RENEW & SO HAPPY I FOUND IT.
