    RHYTHM RIDE 45

Haven’t been to S3 in a few months. Today was a fantastic ride thanks to Sayre. Her warm energy, choreography, and tempo is incredible. Truly one of the best to do it!

    HEATED FLOW 60

Colton has such good energy and made everyone in class feel super comfortable. He warned us he does more of a power flow but it was honestly perfect. Love the meditation at the end of class

Wowza! Visiting from LA and so glad I popped in! The playlist was fire and the staff is so friendly! It was a different style than the classes in LA, with more dancing and less resistance call out, but you can push yourself and I still burned more calories than the hard core instructor classes at Barry’s and SoulCycle Santa Monica while having so much fun(thanks applewatch)! Will def revisit :)

    Barre 50

It was my first time at SALT and it didn’t disappoint! Definitely one of the better barre classes I’ve taken. It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

Very friendly coach! It might seem chaotic to a newbie, but overall a fun workout. I think if the 60 second intervals were dedicated to one leg at time (instead of switching at the 30 second mark), I would feel more even. It feels like by the time I get the movement down for one leg, it's already time to move on to the other. I would also prefer longer intervals because the 60 seconds feel so quick.

    Body Blast

Best workout class I have ever taken. I have been going to Body Blast for about 6 months and it has transformed my approach to weightlifting and fitness as a whole. Alexius runs his class like a well oiled machine. He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring everyone has proper form. The class is perfectly paced, challenging, and encouraging. The music that Alexius curates is technically perfected to each drill. If you’re looking to build strength, learn proper technique, and see physical results, this class is definitely worth it!
