Yoga Sculpt (Full Body)
see all reviewsShay led a great class! This was my second time back at YogaBox - I came here about a year ago and I didn’t love it, the class was way too hot and intense but this time I really enjoyed it. The class was still steamy but not unsufferingly so (like CorePower). I would say the level was about intermediate. There were a group of bros that took my class who were raving about it after. I’d come back!

see all reviewsSam’s classes are top tier. No minute is waisted in her class and that’s what I love. You’ll feel so challenged and encouraged during her classes. If you like sculpt at Core Power, then she’s your girl. Still hoping she’ll teach more early classes during the week. I’m sure they’d fill up even at 6am. She’s truly the best sculpt instructor.

see all reviewsThis is a very innovative and fun way to work out! A number of things to appreciate here. first friendly and helpful staff. Today's instructor saw me struggling and gave modifications throughout the lesson to help me out. the other instructor that checked me in, was very eager to get me settled in and explain how the class would go (he tried to tell me something about how to stand on the pad so it doesn't vibrate in your ears, but I missed it, so clarify that) throughout the class there is nice upbeat music, the instructor shows you everything before you do and there is a huge screen to watch her while you actually do the exercises. Even though I have only been here once, it seems like the instructor now everyone that comes in and personally gets them to their stations. Lastly, the finisher for the class a cool towel, very nice, because I was burning up (do not wear long sleeves to this class)

see all reviewsI had no idea what to expect, but thoroughly enjoyed Flo! This was a slow, heated strength training class (NOT yoga). Today we focused on kettlebells, but the instructor noted he plans to change it up for April. I appreciated that he took the time to explain each move and scaffold the steps together! Added bonus: the provide mats, yoga mat towels, plus hand towels at no charge for the heated room!

see all reviewsThis class worked me out! It was my first time trying this and it’s beginner friendly. The warm up was something else lol. But the instructor kept us motivated and was engaging and we pushed through. I worked to my comfort level. I was nervous to try but the staff was welcoming and professional. I think I might add this to my weekly classes to build tolerance . It will definitely raise your heart rate. They offer water but I bring my own and bring a towel and some socks I’m gonna bring the ones with the grip lol. Dress comfy. Come 10-15 mins early to get settled and complete paperwork.
