About this studio

At Hynes Performance, their mantra is "Performance is defined by you," knowing that performance means something different to everyone. To some it means being able to move pain-free. To others, it means squatting a new personal best. Regardless of what performance means to you, your goals are their goals and your success is their priority. They work with everyone from novice gym-goers to athletes, helping them feel better, get stronger and perform better. The process starts with meeting you where you are at right now. They don’t think that you need to “work your way up to the gym,” but rather that you can start where you are, using what you have. They offer Beginner and Intermediate Powerlifting Classes every Saturday and Sunday and they'd love to have you join them!

How to prepare

Upon signing up for a class, you will receive an access code via e-mail. You will use this access code to enter the facility upon arrival. If this is your first visit, kindly sign the waiver at the front desk. Please bring indoor training shoes or barefeet works too. Showers are available on site but, please bring your own towel. If you've any concerns or questions, please email info@hynesperformance.com

How to get there

Stay Gold is accessible via the 504 King St Streetcar. It is located at King St W and Jefferson Ave (65 Jefferson Ave). You will require an access code upon arrival. You will receive this via e-mail upon signing up.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
