How to prepare

Please come to class with workout attire and bring water and a yoga or pilates mat. Barre is best done bare foot or Gripsocks*, but if you must wear running shoes please bring a clean pair. Bare foot is a must for yoga and running shoes are a must for spinning (clean pair please, especially in winter). Wicked Barre also strongly suggests bringing a towel as you will break a sweat with this wicked workout....

The class was very fast paced; as a beginner, I had a hard time keeping up. I thought the class would’ve been better if there was more attention to form, but the fast pace left no time to ensure moves were being done properly.

It was a not a bad class in general, but the door was open almost at all times and people were coming in and out and making small talk with the instructor while she is running the class. Some people were watching videos and showing to the instructor and they were having a little chat while the class is on and we are pulsing. Weird... The change room definitely could have been cleaner.

What is ClassPass?
