    In Studio: R.Heat Pilates Flow

Instructor was great, her reminders and queues were clear and helpful. Even though this was a reduced heat class, the intensity definitely made up any sort of difference. Don’t worry, you’ll be working up a SWEAT 🔥🔥🔥. The studio was so cute and relaxing and the staff were unbelievably kind. Thank you for a great workout!

IN PERSON Flow & Restore - STERLING

This was a great class that forced me to connect with my body, despite my mind’s commitment to the severance of my mind-body connection. The flow was fun, the restore was surprisingly challenging, and the Philippe was great. I am a novice to yoga and his instructions were clear, modifiers were provided, and he set an amazing vibe. Thank you!

    Strong

studio is cute with high ceilings. Jamie's "Strong" class was challenging and welll paced with a lot of modifications provided! felt the burn! more of a fitness feel than a yoga feel but opened/closed with some yoga and that was nice. overall a great class if you want to be challenged!

Sasha was very accommodating and welcoming!!!! I love instructors who constantly keep an eye and check your form and Sasha was that instructor. She went up and personally introduced herself to the first timers in class which was I found very sweet. Loved how the class was challenging (I did some forms that I havent done yet). I enjoyed the class very much!

    Yoga Flow

Wow, I was so impressed with this studio! Parking out front, friendly staff, cute little juice bar, mats available to borrow, a personal training studio and other services like osteo, RMT, and acupuncture. The class itself was lovely — not too easy, not too challenging, and it felt good to start off stretching with the bands. I have been going to a lot of hot yoga classes and this was a nice change…though there is no infrared heating, the furnace came on a few times during class and made the space cozy and my body more flexible. It was also nice to practice with only 10 other yogis as opposed to a room of 40 people parked mat to mat. It’s too bad the yoga studio doesn’t have any windows but overall I was really pleased I checked MiBody out! Have to try the Pilates and strength training classes next.

    Empower & Align Core (Semi-Private)

What an absolutely wonderful class. We focused on core and hip flexor strength + alignment. Mel gave personalized feedback and made adjustments that made my core engage and helped me better understand my body. This was also a semi-private class, which makes the value of it incredible.
