About this studio

Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—barre, Pilates and yoga —barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits. Barre3 Toronto - King St. West is a beautifully appointed space, equipped with a changing room that includes lockers, a shower, and toiletries. For your class needs, the studio provides towel service and purified water.

How to prepare

No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

How to get there

Our studio is located on the second floor at 325 King Street West between John and Blue Jays Way. We are across the street from the TIFF Bell Lightbox building, which has a paid parking garage, and just three blocks West of the St. Andrew’s subway station.

Love Jackies classes. Great cues for variety of movements, poses and exercises without feeling rushed. Encouraging and uplifting. Excellent full body workout!

I love how cardio was incorporated into this class!

Ive been to a few of Kaylas classes now and she is always super nice and encouraging. She has changed up her exercises and her cues and music are good. I liked that she spent time on legs, arms, abs and stretching, but would like to spend a little more time on core/ab work if possible! Overall, a good workout!

I have to agree with the earlier review I read on this class. It was flat. Hard in a sense, but only because the same position was held for an excruciatingly long time. I was bored and in pain, basically the worst combination. It was effective, but I wouldnt go back.

Fun class and instructor but the workout wasnt as dance inspired as I was anticipating. It was more aerobics/pilates than barre. Still enjoyable though and I would probably return.
