How to prepare

Please wear grip socks if you have them - otherwise they sell grip socks for the machine. Grip socks are required for class. Please arrive early for class - your spot will be given away to a waitlist member if you do not arrive/check in on time! FIRST TIMERS: MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MIN EARLY- FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ABLE TO TAKE THE CLASS AND LOSING YOUR CREDIT. Great class. But be warned, as a beginner, the instructions are non-stop and fast and balancing on the machine is a real issue.

Toughest class but so worth it! Great studio and great class as always. The only thing that’s not the best about the studio is that the women’s bathroom often smells like a backed up drain. Fix that and it’ll be perfect.

What is ClassPass?
