About this studio

Runn Chicago is where running meets group fitness. Their running classes will help you kick your fitness level beyond where you ever thought possible. Whether you've never thought of yourself as a runner or you're working towards a marathon PR, you'll fit right in. Classes are set to hot playlists and offer a wide variety of hill and speed work. Class length is 45 minutes and includes the warm up and cool down. No need to rush off after class though, feel free to stay and stretch. Their vibe is described as fun and accessible. Participants are encouraged to simply "start where they are." You can start at your 5K pace, light jog or a walk and then see where it goes. You'll probably discover you're faster than you think.

How to prepare

Make sure you come in comfy shoes and clothing. There is a water cooler to refill your bottle, but water, sports drinks and energy bars are also available for sale. No need to bring a hand towel, they've got you covered. Coming before work? No problem, showers are available and towels are provided.

How to get there

Runn Chicago is located in Lincoln Park and there is plenty of covered parking available. Public Transportation: Take the Blue or Red Line to the #72 Bus. They are at Elston and Willow about 1/4 mile north of North Ave. Right off of 90/94 off the North Ave. Exit

Great class. Keith was super friendly and encouraging. Started with 30 minutes of speed intervals on the treadmill and finished with 20 minutes of core tabatas

Keith is so nice and i like the class but that class is dangerously loud. My ears feel like they are bleed when i am in the class and they ring for hours when i leave.

Joey did a great job incorporating intervals and hills throughout this run! It was fun and engaging. It was a little difficult to hear him at times during the class but he was great at clarifying when asked. Definitely will be back.

What is ClassPass?
