About this studio

Runn Chicago is where running meets group fitness. Their running classes will help you kick your fitness level beyond where you ever thought possible. Whether you've never thought of yourself as a runner or you're working towards a marathon PR, you'll fit right in. Classes are set to hot playlists and offer a wide variety of hill and speed work. Class length is 45 minutes and includes the warm up and cool down. No need to rush off after class though, feel free to stay and stretch. Their vibe is described as fun and accessible. Participants are encouraged to simply "start where they are." You can start at your 5K pace, light jog or a walk and then see where it goes. You'll probably discover you're faster than you think.

How to prepare

Make sure you come in comfy shoes and clothing. There is a water cooler to refill your bottle, but water, sports drinks and energy bars are also available for sale. No need to bring a hand towel, they've got you covered. Coming before work? No problem, showers are available and towels are provided.

How to get there

Runn Chicago is located in Lincoln Park and there is plenty of covered parking available. Public Transportation: Take the Blue or Red Line to the #72 Bus. They are at Elston and Willow about 1/4 mile north of North Ave. Right off of 90/94 off the North Ave. Exit

Great workout and the speeds are entirely up to you - one person's all-out pace might be 5.0 and another's 12.0. The instructor cued well and had great positive energy!

BEST class in Chicago! Keith makes everyone feel confident and comfortable. The class itself is easy to follow and an incredible cardio work out. I cant say enough great things about Keith and his studio you just need to check it out and feel whats going on!

Treadmill running was fun with this class. Good for runners looking to get out of the elements or looking for speed work.

Haven't been running/on a treadmill in 6months to a year! I did so much better than I ever thought I could. Keith makes sure you feel comfortable and gets you set up, pushes you to go faster when necessary. He calls out what you'll be doing super far in advance so you know what to expect but then again as you go through each interval which is great!! Didn't think I'd like this class as much as I did! Great for getting started or experts.

i enjoy running but HATE running on the treadmill because it is so boring. This class completely changed that. Keith is charismatic and the class is dynamic - combination or hills and speed work. The 45 minutes FLIES by!
