About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1. New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2. There is no late entry permitted, and we cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late to class! No exceptions. 3. Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4. Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6. Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

This is a great class to target the muscle groups you always forget about !! Challenging but not strenuous, with music to motivate and pauses to refresh. Unlike some other trendy workout programs, this seems grounded in joint-safe practices that will not leave you injured ! The instructor was cheerful, helpful and present. Great class !

Im on a work trip and had never been to this studio - everyone who worked there was really friendly and Jess did a great job not only leading but demoing the moves! They also have me a small welcome gift - cute added touch. If Im back in town for work - Ill definitely be back!!

Recently Ive noticed the thigh work is not feeling that hard. I think it is because of an effort to do something creative and unique, but by trying so hard to make it feel different, the main thigh muscles arent really engaging and I dont leave with the normal shake.

What is ClassPass?
