see all reviewsI had a great experience at today’s hot mat Pilates class! Emily was an excellent instructor — the workout was super challenging in the best way, and I really appreciated her energy and guidance throughout. I also loved when the playlist leaned into house/EDM music — it really kept the momentum going. The switch to old-school pop caught me a little off guard, but that might just come down to personal preference. One note: the class was very full, and the assigned mat spots were really close together. With how heated the class gets, a little more space between mats would make the experience even better. Overall, Emily delivered — I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsAnother great class at this studio! I travel from Gold Coast for classes here. The instructors are all great and the space is beautiful. Today, the dog noise from upstairs was extremely challenging to tolerate- it sounded like 2 dogs and an owner were playing fetch inside. I would like to give this feedback not to hurt the studio, but to suggest reaching out to their neighbors and making them aware. This was never a problem before, so I’m open to coming back and seeing how it goes!
