F A N T A S T I C CLASS! I hadn’t been back on my mat for q u i t e some time and Nicole’s class felt perfect for anyone at any varying degree of practice. I felt capable of doing everything and witnessed others push their own limits further than what was led — which was inspiring to see. The staff was super welcoming and Nicole made sure I felt comfortable (as of tho it was already my home away from home). Highly recommend and I’ll def be making my way back around for another class! 🧘‍♂️ 🙏

The studio is small and intimate and the class was accessible to all levels, but with a strong focus on alignment and technique lots of thoughtful adjustments. Ive been to 2 classes at Hilltop and both times found that they have you hold poses longer than Im used to, which made it feel surprisingly challenging despite the poses themselves being relatively basic. Im pregnant and Hilaire was very comfortable offering me modifications and recommendations without seeming anxious or changing the focus of the class (as has happened to me at other studios).

Outdoor Pilates Sculpt (Teacher in Training)

Great class and what a great ambiance!! Lindsey was great too. She was in training but it didn’t show! Her abs section was especially hard and great. I loved the outdoor garden, it was such a beautiful place to do a workout! I can’t wait to go back.
