Class had around 50 people and she still remembered my name and gave me a shout out for doing my first class! Studio is very clean and organized! You get an assigned yoga space and they have free self locking lockers!

see all reviewsNicole is a beautiful instructor. Clear cues, gentle guidance and calming sentiments to keep you confident and focused on your practice. The room is *HOT* though (and a bit stinky) so keep that in mind if your aren’t used to doing yoga in 100+ temps. I could handle the heat better if there were fans, but I imagine not everyone would agree to that. The cool eucalyptus towel at the end was perfection and much needed.

The Sol workout is invigorating, unique and weirdly addictive! it’s a combination of dance, pilates, and uses light hand weights and ankle weights. It’s great training for functional movement and mobility, and it’s really beautiful to get into the flow of the music, in synchronized movement with others. I have been back every week since I first tried it. Thank you, Amanda!

I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class. A lot of people there were athletic but the class wasn't intimidating. I felt in the zone while doing the workouts so I'll def comeback to level up my fitness.
