Wouldn’t recommend for beginners though, since there is no focus on form and the class is in a very dark room, so no one would notice even if you were doing it wrong. But if you are used to strength training and all you need is someone to push you, 10/10 this is a good class.

She is really great at explaining form and helps correct form during class when necessary. She has given me some really awesome pointers to help me improve! I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed after going to one of her classes!

If you’re anything like me, you may not know- there is zero physical exercise involved. However, it was very relaxing, the sound bath was a neat experience I haven’t had before, and the studio was beautiful. High end products as well! Nobody does anymore, sometimes not even at the end. What's the point of having a leaderboard if you never use it! Especially since we can opt-out from participating (and so everybody on the board has specifically opted in to using it, but then you don't show it to us!) I find the Leaderboard super motivating during class, so I miss it. Stats and the Leaderboard were the only thing setting Cyclebar apart from every other spin studio.

The only thing that I would change is the studio temperature. I am just cold all the time. And even when I was sweating, my toes were so, so cold! But that may just be me.
