The perfect high intensity workout while learning self defence! Super high energy and really easy to follow. Master Thomas is the best!!

My first Pilates class ever and I was very impressed. we took our time with each movement to get the mkost out of the workout. My muscles felt results, for sure! The deep stretches were also very satisfying. I would definitely go again.

A nice small place with a knowledgeable instructor! He personalized the class depending on our skill levels and made sure everyone in class was doing the proper techniques. It was my first time for this kind of think but it was lots of fun!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!
