    This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

    Instructor was great, and the ambiance and aroma of the room was lovely and relaxing (gives luxury spa vibes). love the zero phone policy , everyone was respectful and no one was having side convos which is great that this studio enforces. Personally I’m not a fan of working out in a heated room as I’m prone to temperature-related headaches, but if there’s a non-heated class I will surely be a repeat client!

    Love his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!

    I did not expect barre to be so hard! I was for days after. The music was fun, the instructor had great energy and enjoyed the modifications on exercises. I will say though, the room used for barre can get a little hot despite it not being a heated room.

    Clean and modern facilities with ample space between the designated spots in the studio. I’m fairly tall and didn’t feel cramped even with a full class. There’s a heated area on one side and non-heated on the other. Mats and equipment are provided which is great because I always forget mine. This is my new go-to spot for hot yoga and pilates! However I do wish there were more heated classes on the schedule.

    Alison is a fantastic instructor with great energy and encouragement. The class isn’t for me though - I struggled to make it through without feeling pain in my feet. That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

Older songs and sometimes known bands but lesser known songs OR well known songs but notoriously difficult notes, like Alicia Keys lol. But you can still just ride and enjoy.     Restorative Reformer class with Nina was the best first time experience for a workout in any studio I've tried. Beginners would enjoy Nina's restorative class to get to know and be comfortable with the machine. The receptionist was sweet and patiently showed me their space, she also informed the instructor it was my first reformer class. They made sure to show me the adjustments I would need to change on the machine before class started. Body Harmonics felt closer to a physio clinic rather than a boutique type studio.

    It was my first time trying and the instructor made my feel welcomed, safe and comfortable. I did reversed table top and inversion for the first time ever (with some help) which was so exciting and encouraging! The classroom and the gym in general is clean, spacious and filled with natural lights, unlike most other gyms I’ve visited. If I didn’t have a gym membership already I’d sign up right away.
