This latest class felt like it went by so fast but I was shaking and legs were quaking, so you know it’s working. A tip for the newbie Lagree takers, make sure to arrive at least 15 min before class starts to fill out paperwork, grab grip socks (if you didn’t bring them), and get a rundown of the machine. This was a great class. I’d stopped doing weight training altogether because I kept using weights that were too heavy for me. Jase created a routine that was super challenging but good for all fitness levels. I’m excited to get back to strength training. Thank you Jase for a great workout and the encouragement!
