She walked around the class a good amount which helped to show the movements. BUY grippy socks before or you have to buy a pair there which are $18. Good pair of socks though if you have to.

Shoes off (bring grippy socks or prepare to be barefoot!). Also the space is very nice. Lockers have built in locks. This latest class felt like it went by so fast but I was shaking and legs were quaking, so you know it’s working. A tip for the newbie Lagree takers, make sure to arrive at least 15 min before class starts to fill out paperwork, grab grip socks (if you didn’t bring them), and get a rundown of the machine. This is not your normal reformer Pilates class and a group class is not meant for you to monopolize the instructor’s time.
