About this studio

Realizing that movement is a challenge for many people, they have designed these classes to adapt to people on any level and for a variety of different goals and achievements. Their small, semi-private, group training classes are a culmination of their trademarked physical therapeutic movement system, designed to proactively help you return to the body you were meant to have, without all the aches and pains! The MoveMentality(R) System will help you rebuild your foundation of health, stability and mobility, while reducing your chance for injuries and maximizing your efforts to build strength and resilience. Think "personal training" with a unique, self-competitive, and regenerative twist. If you want a strong heart, mind and body, the MoveMentality(R) was created specifically for you.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothes to move and be active in. You can wear work clothes if you want, and we will make you move in them anyway! Please remove your shoes, find a cubby for your things, and be courteous (and friendly!) to those around you. Oh, and try to wear your smile...and always remember to BREATHE!

How to get there

Parking in the lot may get expensive, so meter or neighborhood parking is available. Zone 3 is free for up to two hours. Metro: Red line to Tenleytown, then West down Albemarle (1 mile/10 blocks) and make a Left on 49th Street NW...we are on the corner across Massachusetts Ave NW. Or, there is a shuttle for American University (use the Red shuttle). It drops off right across the street from our building. Bus: N2 and N4 drop off directly at the corner of 49th and Massachusetts Ave.

Different than expected. I would not call it a workout, it was more like guided breathing, crawling and walking exercises. Low imputándote great individualized attention. If you have back issues, you will find it helpful.

This class was fantastic. Unlike other strength training where you basically fend for yourself, no matter how incorrectly you're doing the exercises, Colin makes sure your technique is on point. And I doubt there is a more experienced trainer than him teaching classes around here.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
