DanceBody is a dynamic, dance inspired fitness class that incorporates aerobic dance cardio, strength, plyometrics, stretching and isolated muscle work that tightens and tones every muscle.
Every class is uniquely crafted to take your body to the next level of fitness. Not only will you notice your body tightening, you will simultaneously become stronger and more aware of how you move - this is helpful not only in the workout but on the dance floor, as well!
