INTAKE & RELEASE FORM NEEDEDCALL/TEXT: 201-402-7848: 2 Days prior to YOUR APPT; to request INTAKE FORM, needed for service. Appointment can be denied and/or cancelled by Management, at any time, for no reason. No Call/ No Show by client will result in forfeiting of Class Pass points.

Contactless check-in

Feel free to relax in the lobby while your therapist prepares to attend to you. We have complementary tea & water while you wait. Located by back door exit.
