I really loved how she did slow booty moves off tjr trampoline, when some styles are to just do them super fast I feel you're just flailing about and not targeting each muscle as much lol I felt phenomenal after!

see all reviewsEric is such a motivating instructor in all the best ways. I like that he’s so calm but still manages to be upbeat and encouraging. What I particularly liked about this class is that because it was a bit more full, Eric was accompanied by another staff member to lead the second group through the circuits so both groups got individual attention, encouragement, and clarity. Super, super helpful! As for the workout, kicked my butt but it was super doable.

This class can be a little bit of a brain puzzle (stepping, dancing, sweating) but Cassie does a really good job of breaking down the steps so that by the end you feel really confident with the choreography. Definitely recommend!

see all reviewsI thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.
