I recommend bringing two full water bottles because you will sweat a lot and there’s no refill station (but you can purchase water, rehydration, and protein beverages).

The instructor had a great energy, really clear cues, and the class felt like the right level of challenging. Similar to some other reviews, I was surprised to wear sneakers on the mat and not grippy socks (felt weird wearing outdoor shoes!) and the mats felt a little close together. Overall though, the studio was really pretty (loved the colored lights!) and I got a great workout!

No hidden cardio bursts (we did do one “conditioning” exercise but it was only for a minute and focused on single-leg activation so I didn’t mind). Great instructor. Kind, funny, easy to follow. Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.
