I struggle with constant hip and low back, as well as sciatic pain. Honestly I felt great after it and loved so much, I and can’t wait to keep doing more sessions like this!

This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! Up one flight of stairs to get in, the studio is clean and gorgeous with a large room and low lighting for the class. There are pre-assigned spots for mats - you can't choose your space via ClassPass, I was stuck by the door which I didn't love. But also for your first class they give a free mat plus two towels for your face and mat. The temperature felt hotter in the room than other similar studios I've been to, but they opened the door a lot.

There was also no label saying the studio was on the third floor. But other than that, the class was nice. It wasn’t too difficult, felt more like a stretching class than a strength building. Our instructor was very kind, she didn’t correct our forms though, I wish she did so I knew if i was doing things correctly. Very beautiful studio!
