    This was my first time taking a class at solidcore but second Pilates class ever and it was great. Definitely intense, left the class very sweaty and with wobbly legs but also feeling great. Coach Barbie was amazing my session was a full but she still took the time to go around adjusting and helping us with the movements ensuring we get the most out of our workout. This wasn’t a beginner class but as a beginner I loved it because it pushed my body to a point it’s never been before. He actually went around carefully coaching and correcting everyone's form which is so important for solidcore exercises but is never done.
