    These flow classes with Graham specifically might be my favorite workout class I’ve ever taken. It’s the perfect fusion of yoga and strength. If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class.     Oh. My. Goodness. This was my first time taking this class but it will DEF not be the last. I read reviews that said Lindsey paces her classes well and that’s a perfect explanation.     I think this was a harder starter50 class than the previous 2 I did. I think the instructor could do a slightly better job at showing the exercises before people doing them. I was fine because I already did 2 classes, but without it I would be fairly confused. But nothing that can’t be managed by looking around and seeing what other people are doing.     This is a really good dynamic, challenging Pilates class for more experienced students. Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

    Instructor did a great job of demoing and also going around and checking form. Great class for a beginner, but it will be hard (it’s slightly slower than the full body class and much lighter with no music — music would be very helpful here because it allows me to focus on something else). Room needs a temperature adjustment because it was way too cold; since there’s no pre class stretching, the temperature in this room is dangerous as your body never fully warms up & this is especially true in beginner classes. I’ve never been to a workout class where it was this cold. Hope this changes! Talented instructor but the ambiance could use some adjustments.

He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone. There was a lot of variety in the kinds of moves as well - I could see this being a class where it’s different every time. I arrived about 20 minutes early but had to wait in the building vestibule for a few minutes before the prior class ended - they don’t have a waiting room, so you’re walking into the middle of class if you’re early!

    Went to class today with Cam and it was so so good! She tailored a perfect class that had progressions and modifications for all. The class was full body and such a great form of movement today! The studio itself was so cute and clean and welcoming! The owners Sabrina and Vanessa were so kind as well. I can’t wait to return ✨❤️
