see all reviewsExtremely great energy from this instructor! I’d love for Eric to teach every workout class I take ever!! As a heads up, this is a true HIIT in a sauna class. This is not your typical Hot Yoga Sculpt which tends to incorporate Yoga flow, it’s truly HIIT as described. With that being said, I felt I’d rather be able to do these motions with heavy weights which is unrealistic in the heat. It’s a cool concept and the best energy studio though!!

see all reviewsI love Daniella and her energy is always amazing, but I wish there was more cardio in her class. There’s a lot of light movement in her classes and because of that I don’t feel like my body is actually burning calories like it should be during Zumba. My suggestion would be to keep the beginning of class more warm-ups and easier movement, have the middle of the class be a bunch of cardio (more jumping, arms, high knees, etc.) and then the end of class more cool-down and stretches (incorporate squats or low impact moves). The class gets boring after a while unfortunately! :(

CSX - CorePower Strength X (Full Body) - NYC
see all reviewsThis is a great new class for CP if you’re looking for more strength classes with a closer attention to form. Garrett was a great instructor and gave really great tips for proper form. It was challenging like Sculpt but didn’t make you want to pass out and die because you feel like you have more control over your reps. Was still hot from the residual heat of the other classes.

see all reviewsI ended up being the only one in the class which I was very self conscious about having a 1:1 (as I prefer group workout class settings) but Courtney was great! She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely patient with me while providing constructive feedback. She took time to work on little details that can help improve my practice in the future. She’s encouraging and very helpful. I definitely recommend! 😊

see all reviewsA little confusing to find, you have to buzz into the building and there isn’t a front desk inside LIV.
