Sculpt class was so good! I love hot classes so I felt the burn and it was challenging! The playlist was really good. Clean facilities and showers. Perhaps make the change rooms a little touch accessible with blow dryers, labels on the soap/shampoo in the showers. Lovely and welcoming space that is quiet and modern.

    SUNDAY CHURCH Power Hatha Flow

Interesting and intimate space in an old house. Props and mats were there if needed. The flow was more intense as we held positions for 3-5 breaths. Mia provided gentle corrections. Breath work and meditation in the middle/end added some grounding to the flow. Overall I enjoyed it and would def return!

Great studio, amazing class. It makes a huge difference when the instructor is a dancer first, not just for barre classes, but also for strength classes. Core Flow (yoga + pilates) PARK

Great class! Challenging but very enjoyable! If you like very quiet tranquil yoga.. I wouldn’t recommend it though. There’s quite a bit of hustle and bustle going on around you so if enjoy a city soundtrack and you’re used to the noises then I highly recommend! We had an amazing dance troop practicing beside us which I absolutely loved and the skate park is beside which is awesome too! Not for everyone though so just a heads up! Emily did a fantastic job of teaching and correcting while practicing social distancing!
