see all reviewsThis class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

Great instruction and I will certainly return for her class again another time.

In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! And it wasn’t repetitive flows (which I find can get boring). He focused on one body part which was really cool!

The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Not only do you hear the sounds but also feel them resonating throughout your body, releasing tension. I emerged feeling rejuvenated and revitalized with a clear mind. It was the perfect antidote to the daily grind. I highly recommend checking out this sound bath.

It was a really surreal experience. I consider myself a really tough person so it was a surprise to me. Otherwise the class itself wasn’t too hard on someone who isn’t flexible at all. It was a small and intimate setting. There were mats already on the floor so you don’t have to bring one which is awesome. The place smelt so nice like a spa (not too overwhelming) and they have a water fountain. The teacher was so lovely and kind and had a really beautiful approach to the class with humming and a little bit of breath work. I can’t wait to go back.
