see all reviewsI’ve been loving this studio. It’s so clean and the location/ease of parking are convenient. I can see why Natalie’s class is so busy, she gives great cues and the flow was accessible but the sequencing felt unique enough to keep things interesting. I also really appreciated that she took the reins as the class started filling up to have folks adjust their mat placement and allow for people to fill in. That can be an awkward part of a full class but her direction was really appreciated so that everyone had a good spot with plenty of room.

see all reviewsLoved how inviting and upscale the studio felt and loved the holiday decor! One piece of constructive advice I would offer this instructor is to focus on layering in more secondary cueing(tuck your tailbone, shoulders down and back, etc) instead of repeating the initial move for the entirety of the song (lift and lower, etc). Would have been nice to get more form cues and corrections. Other than this I loved this class and her music and excited to come back and take her classes again!

see all reviewsI love your beautiful studio and classes. Sarah is also a sweet instructor. Unfortunately I need to pause on coming because I’ve gotten 2 parking tickets (I parked just a few mins before 8 in front of the studio) and then last night my friend got his car windows bashed in last night. I just feel like it’s such a great studio but unfortunately the neighborhood problems have become an issue.

see all reviewsDanielle was great! I appreciate how she welcomes the new members and quickly orients them to the philosophy of the studio. She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. I appreciated that, as a new person.

Just one suggestion for the studio, the vanity mirror downstairs with the blow dryers is really poorly lit- it would be great to get some overhead lights or maybe lighting around the mirror so we can see what we’re doing when we’re using it to get ready!😅

see all reviewsHonestly THE best class I’ve been to so far!!! And I’m saying this after attending solidcore, soulcycle etc. I felt so good after this workout. The only downside is the room got pretty hot at like 40mins mark so I almost felt dizzy and wanted to leave but thank god the instructor opened the door a little and I was fine after!! Would have given this class 10/10 if the class was 45mins long.

see all reviewsWonderful instruction and fun idea. I cycle a lot, and it’s a lot of fun how different instructors entertain and challenge during a class. I will say unfortunately the music/music videos were not at all my taste (alt-rock, pop-punk, and EDM predominantly) but it wasn’t lost on me that the instructor did try to mix genres, and I can’t fault her at all for my personal taste. see all reviewsThis was my first time ever doing Ariel yoga and I had a blast! Fae is an amazing instructor and definitely made me feel very safe with everything we were doing. She often emphasized that we do not have to do or perform every movement that was being shown to us, and that we can make this practice what we want, and in doing that we will get out of it what we want! I loved it mainly because it made me feel like a little kid again! It was a crazy experience to let go and trust the silk. I will say, I was definitely expecting the experience to be all around a bit softer, especially regarding the silk, and it was not. I definitely was slightly bruised and very sore around my hips and lower back area for about the next three days. But it’s not enough to scare me away! I’ll be back again soon 😍🙌🏽
