Power Flow
see all reviewsLove Marni! She patiently walks us through every pose, never rushing and always offering gentle, hands‑on adjustments to help us find the right alignment. What really sets her apart is that she goes through almost every flow alongside us, so you never feel like you’re left to figure things out on your own. Her clear, encouraging guidance makes even the toughest sequences feel accessible, and I always leave each session feeling stronger, more centered, and energized. If you’re looking for an instructor who truly meets you where you are and inspires you to grow, she’s the one.

see all reviewsLove the energy, the pace, the temperature, and the instructor! Brianna gave excellent cues and doesn’t create a competitive environment (if you’ve been to certain kinds of yoga classes you know what I mean.) I like that she travels the room throughout class demoing and gives both clear verbals and visual cues. It’s also a “warm” yoga class (low 90sF) (not “hot” temperature, 104F)

Since this was her last class at Hot Hot I’m not sure this studio will be the same strong workout experience :( I guess it’s time to get back into barre or pilates for a strong class on Island.

see all reviewsSUCH a fantastic class. Wasn’t sure what exactly to expect. I was thinking maybe yin type postures, but no. This is a class for anyone who is either a) flexible and looking to really get deep into your more advanced postures (back bends, hamstrings stretches, etc) or b) not overly flexible but comfortable with the basics of yoga and looking to have time and the opportunity for hands on assistance to better access different postures that may seem out of reach otherwise. I fall into category a) and it was SO incredible to have an hour of practice dedicated to poses that I love but don’t get to practice because they are often skipped because few are flexible enough to make them a realistic part of most power classes. Such a unique treat of a class. The teacher Jialing was warm spirited and so kind. Her queuing and explanations were easy to understand, and her attention to each student was impressive, thank you again!

I never fall asleep in final relaxation and I dozed off! Todd remembered my name and personally thanked me for attending, which I appreciated as a new student at the studio. I only wish I lived closer so I could attend this class weekly. Dream experience!

see all reviewsI don’t think there’s a way for class passers to enter this gym in the morning since the front desk isn’t staffed before 9a, but I just waited outside in the cold until a nice member let me in. Then, I had no clue where to go. But I saw the instructor walk in (I saw his picture with name on the wall so knew it was him) and followed. The room for rise and grind is to the left. The gym is basic. The actual class was good. We did 4 x 10 of shoulder press & lateral raise, then 4x10 of RDL & rows, then squats & overhead triceps and core. I could have done a similar workout as open gym but really did appreciate the instructor’s personal attention and feedback. He called the group out a bit on the core section and made us repeat some reps - I love that kind of accountability and thought it pushed me harder, but I’ve read enough ClassPass reviews to know some people get really sensitive with that.
