    Beth’s an awesome instructor. She teaches a well-paced class and like all Shred classes, offers a good variety of modifications for each movement. You can tell she’s paying attention to everyone in the room and creates an effective workout to make sure everyone gets the most out of their time. Her directions and explanations are clear and easy to follow. Will def make a habit of returning to her classes.
