    Really appreciated Cheyenne’s quick demos in the beginning and her individual guidance in clarifying moves and providing options for modifications and amplifications. This was my first full body after 1 each of starter and foundations and i still had some trouble following some cues but it felt very approachable overall.

    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

    Super fun class! I was afraid it’d be hard, but the intro class was beginner friendly and included plenty of education about the equipment and moves. It was also such a good workout. I was shaking like a leaf all the way out the studio and am shaking even as I write this.

    I had a fantastic class with Julienne. It was so hard, but it was also very different from any other solidcore class I’ve taken. She did a great job mixing up exercises and keeping things from being too terribly long so that you can push through (ie: splitting up abs and obliques). I also appreciated that she’s one of the only coaches I can actually understand on her mic! Great class.

    60 Min. Tru HIIT Pilates

    Honestly THE best class I’ve been to so far!!! And I’m saying this after attending solidcore, soulcycle etc. I felt so good after this workout. The only downside is the room got pretty hot at like 40mins mark so I almost felt dizzy and wanted to leave but thank god the instructor opened the door a little and I was fine after!! Would have given this class 10/10 if the class was 45mins long.

    Full Body VIBE (on the mat)

    I loved the space, there's a full bathroom, a sauna, and a cold plunge. They provide mats and mat towels. The workout room was hot to the point that it got hard to breathe with 6 other people in the room. Gianna's class was intense but with room to adapt and take it at a personal pace. The branding of the class was accurate as it wasn't traditional yoga but rather a good mat workout. I loved the views of the Olympics as I came to and from class.
