I really enjoyed the class- lots of cardio and core work with light weights and a band. There were some fun ballet moves throughout and all beginner friendly. The only tough part was the only fan in the room was off the whole time so it got hot. Overall, a great class!

    Y6 Slow Flow

Job is amazing. He always designs a different focus point for each class. What stands up is, there are never “pause-stop-restart” or static moments during the entire flow: the connection between each posture is a truly continuous vinyasa. Regarding the challenge level, I could tell that it is more like a junior “Yoga Hot/Power” or a senior “Slow Flow”. But that is exactly what my husband and I love it the most: not to easy or too hard, a perfect combo of breathing, stretching and the room for self-challenge:)

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Love the space! Parking was easy peasy midday on Friday. I like the options of yoga, hot pilates. and cycling. The quotes around the studio caught my eye, I really liked that. Lockers available rocked. The showers reminded me of being at a nice day spa like Burke Williams or something. EO shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in showers. Los Gatos is fancy, but I didn’t get a pretentious vibe at all, the space was welcoming! I took a Vinyasa Yoga class with Kalani and she rocked. Her cues helped me get deeper in half moon & I almost caught more air in crow! I think because I was more open and warmed up thanks to her sequence which started with a lot of stretching wasting the body into more. Cadence of the sequence was really nice. The class was not heated and she had great music. Props available strap, different types of blocks. The studio was clean. The gal up front Payton was kind and welcoming. Overall, 5 stars! Look forward to going back.

    Postnatal Mom & Infant Yoga

Great class for slowly getting back into yoga for those who have been practicing mamas and for those who haven’t been in a while.. or brand new! You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. She offers solutions that other yoga teachers haven’t offered me in my many years of doing yoga with various injuries. Also, the class is challenging and great for all levels. Mom + Baby Postnatal Yoga

Long over due review. Ashley is a wonderful instructor. I went to her prenatal classes and now the postnatal baby & mom classes. I’m so grateful for this space for mamas and their babies. It’s been amazing to get back into movement as my body heals after months of pregnancy & birth. Thanks Metta mama!

Loved this class. Challenging and sculpting. Worked up a good sweat which lets me know the movements were getting me there. The instructor was very friendly and engaging, making sure movements were being done right and providing modifications. Cool lavender towels at the end! AMAZING! I will be back.

Sonia and Amy were amazing instructors! I showed up at the wrong time and it's the best mistake l ever made because l ended up adding a Pilates reformer class with Sonia followed by a fun stretch/strength class with Amy. The studio is wonderful and classes appropriate to any level. I ended up buying a five class pass because l loved the studio!
