The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

The playlist was great, and the volume was high, but I could still hear her instructions. I do enjoy the challenge of these classes, but sometimes I find the vibe too intense.
