Carrie is consistently amazing. I love this class. However, one person single handedly ruined this class for me by farting the entire effing time. Please for the love of god don’t pull that in a hot sweaty workout class . Leave the room! It’s just selfish.

I loved this class!! The room taped sections of the floor which helps take guesswork out of where to put your mat down. The community seems very close, which is lovely to see. The teacher was fantastic and encouraged us to push as far as we wanted without being pushy. Only warning would be to already have the basics down. And to get ready for a great class!

Gaby is amazing! Great class and great flow! But just a note to the person who spent most of the class fully doing their own flow, if you aren’t going to follow the teacher, please just do yoga at home. I’m all for leveling up or down within the sequence that’s guided, but fully doing your own thing felt disrespectful.

    Vinyasa Flow - In-Studio

What a special first practice with Jenny. I felt so welcomed in her class and appreciated her immediate warmth. Jenny had us do a few modified positions to better understand how the muscles and body connection should feel in more traditional poses, and I have to say, it was a wonderful way to deepen my holds, as well as understand how poses should REALLY feel. I particularly appreciated her attention to hip openers and slowing down towards the end of our practice. I ended up crying in savasana - a clear indication I felt safe in her class & really allowed myself to dig into the mind-body-soul connection. Highly recommend her class!

    Interstellar Vinyasa Flow Level 1 & 2

I really liked this class a lot more than most vinyasa classes I have been to. It was in the style of “power vinyasa”, so it was a bit more physically challenging than most because it included some challenging poses, transitions, long holds, and light calisthenics beyond what I see in most classes. With that said, modifications were suggested and the class was accessible to everyone. The instructor had great kind energy and was very encouraging, and she gave crystal clear explanations of how to perform each pose and make each transition.
