Seriously when did 3lb weights start feeling like 50s? 😅 The music was good too (the instructor must be in her cowgirl era). There was no beginning stretch so come having already warmed up and stretched out. There is a benefit if you frequent this class v. a drop in because she sticks with the same routine for a bit and elevates it each class.
