see all reviewsI love Megan’s classes because they’re a good brain workout too! Her flows are fast, complex, and different each week, so you have to stay present and pay close attention. Her style of instruction is really precise though, so I never feel lost even when the sequence gets crazy.

see all reviewsThe studio space is beautiful, I am grateful for the class. I didn’t sweat as much as normal as it was not as hot as other classes I’ve visited. The music was more casual with lyrics than what I gravitate to for my practice. Still enjoyable, thank you!!

see all reviewsBlake is obviously really seasoned as an instructor and is comfortable directing the room. There’s always a sense of everything going off without a hitch and according to plan. We move a bit more quickly than I’m used to—even for vinyasa—but it’s still a manageable pace. Generally, class structure starts slow, then picks up a little speed with each iteration of the flow, then there’s a point where the repetition sort of locks into your muscle memory and it’s almost like we’re doing a kind of yoga choreography, hit the peak pose (which Blake demos at the beginning of class), and then winds down and caps off with a longer savasana/meditation. Accommodating and friendly vibe. I always leave with a bounce in my step!

Missy Leder, the instructor had a wonderful spirit and gave individual adjustment suggestions when needed to improve and grow my practice. At the end of class, I especially loved her application of lavender oil to massage my feet, temples and shoulders…this was extra special treat. I will certainly be back.

I haven’t taken yoga in years but Adela made me feel right at home immediately… and I was able to do balance activities I didn’t think I could on the first session! Both invigorating for the body, and mind, when you accomplish something like that. Would definitely recommend to others, and I will be back!
