This class was HARD!! I liked that Mariela gave a really thorough intro/demo to the circuits before we did anything, and she had an assistant in the room to guide with form/timings/etc. I would’ve liked a bit more help in terms of modifications, as I found some of the moves got too difficult as the class progressed. The space is also very large and clean, with a nice variety of equipment.

Warning, you will get DRENCHED since the room is hot and the class is long. So if that’s not your thing, maybe choose another class type.

Ciara was great! If you’re intimidated to take a barre class I would highly recommend this place. It was my first time ever doing a barre class, and I will definitely be back! They are very welcoming and work with you. The thing I love most about this class was that we used foam mats for abdominal workouts which is great for me because I suffer from a lot of lower back pain whenever I perform abdominal workouts but I was able to push myself.

    Super Power!

This class was intense! I was sweating and slipping on my mat, and even approached blacking out a couple of times from dizziness! Definitely a good workout, but maybe not for someone who’s adjusting to post-quarantine fitness, though! Will be interested in trying other classes at this studio.

I’m a beginner with yoga but, love hot practice which for most places I’ve gone, require one to be savvy with yoga speak. I often find myself lost but, with Pierce today, that wasn’t the case. He provided clear instructions, smooth transitions, and no judgment/do-you feel, I finally got the workout I came for. Consider me a regular ?

I look forward to Mondays because of this class - Coach Menachem is awesome! Class begins with warm-up that consists of mobility. There are several rounds on the heavy bag and conditioning in between the rounds. These days good intentions is the trend but not this class. If you had a bad day or whatever kind if day, you bring those bad intentions to class and practice it on the heavy bag. Bing! Bang! Boom! Pew! Pew! You’ll learn some pretty bad-ass fight skills & then skip away on cloud nine with good and fluffy intentions. Chu know what I mean?
