Hot yoga can be quite challenging mentally, emotionally and physically during the winter months but hot humid NYC Summer. You will find me in the humid, hot AF room at Spirit Lab. I hate humidity too, but I love this humidity. I do a lot of different workouts but hot yoga and especially the Bikram practice has transformed my mind in such a way. The physical aspect is wonderful, all the back, neck, shoulder issues subsides, but the mental aspect is transformational. Maintaining peace and integrity in chaotic world can be so challenging, but this practice in THIS studio is where Im able to breakthrough to see and feel beauty again.
