    Abs & Stretch

I always like crunch classes if you have a couple extra credits because the people are so nice and the atmosphere is casual. The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

    TRX® Circuit Party

A challenging class! Instructor did help a bit with the TRX straps which was good, since you have to adjust them multiple times during class and it’s not intuitive.

    AG Fundamentals

This was my first Anti Gravity class, and Sunny was very friendly and welcoming. She made sure we comfortable and demonstrated the movements clearly. I didn’t get much of a stretch and felt a bit nauseous from being inverted, but it was a fun to try anyway.

Jamie was great, she came around helping everyone & had a great playlist. The only downfall they only had 2 silks so you has to rotate with everyone.

    Videography Dance Project: 3D

Jamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

    SweatShed: Iron Assets

I’m a trainer, and I found this class a really good check up for anyone on kettlebell form. Was worried it could be too introductory - and it was def not. Challenging in a good way - def more strength than cardio.

    Gym Time

This crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

AIR® Foundation (Beginner/Intermediate Adult Aerial Fitness)

Beautiful studio. Great instructor. Even though it’s a foundation class, you definitely need some exercise background & upper body strength to properly use the air silks & really get the form of the movements correctly. The air flow is slower pace & more yoga like poses....hopefully owner will double class pass points to 10-12/class to keep studio open to class pass students, since it’s a fun place.
