    Vinyasa Morning Flow

Such a great class, studio, and teacher. Visiting town and wish I had more time to take more classes here. The space is gorgeous and very open, great staff and supplies, including a mat. Ashleigh led us through a great practice that both felt very accessible for all levels while still being a good challenge. Highly recommend.

    Restorative Yoga

A nice restorative yoga class where the instructor led us through movement into various (gentle) poses. We used several supportive props (bolster, blankets, blocks). Class was on the full side but there was enough space for everyone.

    Core Awakening Flow IN PERSON

I really enjoyed Lia’s class. Good amount of core work on the front-end, nice flow, and arm balances towards the end. It was tough, but she offered helpful variations for all levels, so anyone can make the practice their own. Lia brings bright and supportive energy to the space, I’ll be back.

I have never been in such a welcoming and warm space as the one Ke’Ron provided for this class. Their energy really filled the room with such acceptance. The class itself was challenging but very much doable and modifications were offered every step of the way. 10/10

    Meditation Express

My first time in meditation. Shailly was really helpful and enthusiastic about guiding me. At first it was just me then two other guys showed up so she helped set me up perfectly. The entire experience was really inspiring and new to me. Of course my mind wandered in a million directions but thats expected for first time. Plus we also all had a good chat after about our experience. Very cool.

Andrea is an incredible instructor. She has very creative techniques to make even the most basic poses challenging for my body. My only regret is that she teaches when I usually have to work, but if there is a Monday or Friday that I have off, I am always going to be at her class.

Challenging if you’re just starting to progress out of beginners/regular level. Start of with simple flow, basic poses and twists, lunges and balancing. A lot of handstand poses like crow, crane etc. which I can’t do yet but he does a good job walking through it for those who are more experienced.

    Bhakti Flow Level 2

Betsy led us through an even-paced flow with both energizing and restorative moments. While I didnt quite work up a sweat, I found it to be a cathartic experience in other ways. Theres kirtan (singing), chanting, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), and mudras (hand gestures) thrown into the 75-minute practice. To top it off, the new studio space is lovely with fresh, vibrant wallpaper and a skylight. Truly a gem for all the yogis in the area!

Mike is an excellent teacher. The one thing that would take his classes to the next level, especially the Sunday 8am class which is a manageable size, would be to try to learn the names of the students in class. Again, he’s already awesome, but this would make it a 10 out of 10.
