Jill is one of the best boxing instructors I’ve had here. She knows how to put together combos on the bag side that don’t get overly repetitive, and she focuses on actual strength work for the floor side rounds. Her energy is always at a 10 and you can tell that she loves to teach. Such a gem of a coach!

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

Great cardio and kickboxing class. Class stared off with an intense 10 min of straight body weight cardio and shadow boxing (jump squats, burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc). Then class was split in half. Half doing standard circuits (dumbbell renegade rows, box jumps and tricep dips, treadmill, rope pulls, med ball slams) whole the other half of class did different bag work combination stations- one station being with the instructor. Class ended with sit ups and dumbbell shadow boxing/lifts/curls.

    Rejuvenate Rebounding Class

This class was challenging but so much fun. Adrina was a great instructor. I've never taken rebounding before- it's everything it says in the description- low impact on joints but high intensity. And you get to bounce a lot. Reminds me of the old phrase - easy to learn, hard to master. The core blast at the end is clutch, but it really pushes your abs towards being ripped!! I think this is a good workout for most levels - it can be as tough as you make it.

This class far exceeded my expectations! Such a good workout. Patrick is a great teacher - he breaks everything down so it's easy to remember the combos and he also gives you pointers and corrections throughout the class. I will definitely be back! So happy I gave this place a try.

The instructor was a sub but he was great. Music was great which made the class a lot of fun. Also a great work out. Im feeling sore the next day and Im usually a two day person. The facility is very run down though.
