Class was fine! I brought my own gloves and wraps. It was super loud in there so would recommend earplugs. The instructor doesn’t give individualized attention because everything is happening so fast. I appreciated using the showers after and they are quite stocked with towels and product.

Great workout! Coach D was great! He took the time to show me around the studio and explain the workout. He was also very encouraging during the workout showing me the correct form and cheering me on. So glad to have such high quality studio in the BX. I will definitely be back.
