There’s a new class starting station one every 10 minutes which makes it feel like you’re working out with just your group (I prefer this) instead of a huge 50 person class. The facilities are clean. Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming. Even the seasoned pros were encouraging. Erica knew everyone’s name even if it was their first time. It felt like such a safe and individualized experience.
