Squats: Quads & Glutes
see all reviewsAll of the strength coaches here run a great squat class but Afiya in particular has a way of bringing out the fanatic in you! I was never athletic, but now I’m addicted to the Trooper training cycle and her squat classes got me looking forward to maxing out my muscles week in and week out, somehow feeling great about the effort, and actually becoming curious about my upper limits. This year, my orthopedist actually commented on how strong my quads were. That said, Afiya’s programming can seem unrelenting when you're working your less confident muscles rather than supercharging your strong ones. (I booked a slot in her popular bench class once and I was roadkill by the end of it.) Class is challenging but always beginner-friendly. It's often a mix of beginners and regulars and I’ve seen her make lots of different modifications. Afiya is vigilant about form and has a way of structuring workouts so you can't cheat your reps but can adjust your weights up or down if you need to. If you're just starting out and aren't looking to have your hand held but respond well to clear feedback, Afiya will make sure you know what you're doing by the end of the hour.

Her energy is contagious, the music is always on point, and you’ll finish the workout breathless but smiling. She’s super motivating and always knows just what to say to keep you going. Honestly, her class is the best part of my week!

Center Yoga II
see all reviewsGreat place to do yoga! It was room temp, with a big fan running which I liked because I can't do hot yoga. I am a complete beginner to yoga and this class was intermediate, but still well paced and I was able to follow along easily. The Instructor gently gave tips to peoples forms, and was very careful to specify not just what was good for the body, but forms that were bad for the body (to avoid!). This was the class that has really spurred me to want to do yoga daily

see all reviewsClass was very fun! And great workouts. But I think we could use time better. It’s a 60min class but the actual workout was only around 28 minutes. I feel there’s a lot of time wasted to give instructions, and for pauses.

see all reviewsI'd recommend to anyone who already has bouldering experience (because you're on your own- not a class). Fantastic bouldering. Great variance for all levels. Friendly front desk. My only complaint was that of the 3 treadmills in the loft, only one was working. I didn't have to wait because I was there so early, but with so few cardio machines they should all be working. Other than that, it's an excellent facility.

see all reviewsI enjoyed this class. The slower pace at the beginning, with a clear emphasis on proper form, provided a strong foundation for the workout. It gradually built up to a challenging and well-structured finisher that tied everything together effectively. The instructor was professional, attentive, and consistently encouraging throughout the session. Highly recommend for those looking for a good kettlebell workout focused on improving form and technique.

see all reviewsSuch a fun sequence! Kamaye rockstar instructor. Had no idea the class was ballet based which I personally felt grounded the challenging aspects of mat pilates with refined movement and thoughtful posture. Great for all levels. Not a fan of Crunch front desk, I’ve read the general consensus is that they’re never truly warm to Classpass members which was true in my experience. C'est la vie, worth the disassociated shade for this awesome class.

see all reviewsExcellent class for decompression and alignment. We did 3 inversions total, and the way John got us into and out of the inversions, I never got dizzy! Which was something I had struggled with in other aerial classes in the past. John was positive, encouraging, and easy to follow. He explained and demonstrated each move while we watched, and then did it again while we followed. I didn't break a sweat during this class, but I did leave with my body feeling more limber, aligned, and energized.
