see all reviewsReally good instruction! It’s hard to find a high difficulty yoga class focusing on inversions in the city and it was an amazing and informative class with warm ups and a workshop style section to end. Great energy! And also the studio is heated so that adds to the calorie burn and sweat during the class. I really enjoyed this class

see all reviewsThe lighting and music was a whole vibe, and the instructor was great. I’ve been to full circle, and pole2pole for a few intro pole classes and as a beginner I do feel like i got the least out of this one just because of the pole sharing. I think when you’re first starting out you really aren’t doing such strenuous work that having breaks in between is merited, and I think we had like 15 minutes MAYBE of pole time each in the whole class because they book it two people per pole. Wasn’t a fan of that, but I get it’s a common thing at the really popular studios. Will def come back when I’m more advanced but for now will stick to beginner classes that just book as many people as there are poles. We only did one spin, a pole crunch, and spent most of the class waiting for our turn with the pole. Other studios we did two or three spins, started climbing, floor-work choreo, pole walks… so this def felt really minimal compared, but i’m sure their higher level classes here are more worth it.
