see all reviewsChallenging and effective fast paced class! Only suggestion for Impact: there’s only one instructor I can think of that consistently starts class on time. 4 minutes may not seem like a big deal, but they’re the only fitness studio in town who doesn’t start on time and it can be frustrating when you’re spending a good amount on classes! Otherwise, one of the best!

see all reviewsAmazing teacher. It was my first time doing ballet ever, shall I say dancing. I was very scared of feeling out of place, especially being barefeet with leggings. She explained everything so well I could follow along with the other students that are all coming since a few months, and some over a year. It’s amazing to watch them too to help follow along (and fantasize about the progress I’ll eventually make). Truly enjoyed myself.

Will definitely return - good energy here.

Melissa, the instructor, did an excellent job offering modifications for those who wanted to challenge themselves while still keeping it accessible for newcomers. Melissa’s clear guidance made the experience enjoyable, and I’m excited to continue exploring yoga.

Get there 15-20mins early to find class. —Have your ID ready for security guard on ground floor, he will take a pic of it. —Make a left after and take the elevators (in the back) to 4th floor —Go to front desk to ask which room is Piel Canela (that changes everyday) —When you get to Piel Canela desk, tell them your name and what class you registered for, they should give you card with your name and class on it. Ask them what room the class will be held at (it also changes every day). Really hope they switch to digital cards soon! —Restrooms: there are restrooms to the right of the elevator and also private restrooms & Water Bottle Refill station on the other side of the floor. — A staff member will drop in class briefly to take pics/video for their personal website, so make sure you’re comfortable with that!
