What is there not to love about a spin class with Jenna Arndt? It’s like showing up to a warehouse party and then realizing you got con’ed into a going to a workout. Good energy, good vibes, good music, and great sweat. Just don’t expect to leave looking cute, which is also true leaving a warehouse party I suppose

Love JJ’s energy! I really appreciated that he led the sculpt section the way he led the rest of the class — rather than telling the class to do that section on their own or with partners which usually leads to chaos & confusion. Would still rather see the sprint section just be mixed in with regular dances but otherwise can’t wait to take another class with JJ!

Great mix of cardio and full body strength. Today’s class mixed biking and weights. We would bike anywhere from 40 seconds-3 min, and then go to the floor doing 4 workouts, 40 seconds each, 4 times through. Expect to do workouts like deadlifts, weighted jumping jacks, plank jacks, weighted squats, high pulls and variations of sit-ups. Instructor was motivating, fun and funny!

Loved this class. Teacher had great energy. The music was awesome. The choreography for both the dance and boxing portions were great. Open Level-Pilates Reformer Class

I have been taking Anthony’s class for several months now. He is a wonderful instructor, I always feel restored and lengthened after his class, but they also provide a challenging strength workout . There are always different variations in class which keeps it engaging. It is sometimes hard to hear in the studio, so if you are new to Pilates, let him know and he is very helpful in getting you set up and making sure you’re doing the exercises correctly. My one critique is that I wish there was more hands-on adjustment and focus on form, but there’s only so much the instructors can do in a group class. I will continue to be a regular in this class.

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

Jimmy is great! He breaks down each step clearly and teaches at a good pace. This is definitely a great class for beginners as I had very little experience in salsa. By the end of the class I was able to pickup the fundamental moves of the dance. The class was quite small with only 3 other students but I didnt mind as it felt more personal. Love the studio, the classes, the instructors, the atmosphere. I had an issue registering for classes at first using the ClassPass. I was told the problem was due to a technical issue from the studio. I made them aware and they were so understanding and allow me to attend the class. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. I already told many of my co-workers about it and we made a trip to a class. Yay!

Bachata Beginner Level 2 - CYCLE

I loved this class! Its the second level of their Bachata class. It runs on a 6 week cycle but if youve got experience you can drop in. He teaches great footwork which is both fun and challenging and partner work is also great. The studio has a good vibe and people are friendly. Nelson, the teacher, is amazing!!

What an awesome , inspiring teacher. Brent was subbing today but I hope to have him lead another of my classes again soon. He is full of personality, cheeky, encouraging and forgiving of my dyslexic feet. The club is beautiful and I appreciated the kindness of the dance community.
