    I really didn’t know what to expect but this class and the format is really well laid out. Really glad Total Body was my first class so I didn’t burn out only targeting just upper body or just lower. Basically the screens show what workout you’ll do and you rotate between exercises and then move to the next station. It’s not at all an issue with the rolling start times because you just keep moving forward to the next station. It was a great workout and definitely a sweat sesh. Absolutely going back!

    I found this to be a superlative yoga practice session. Ari’s beautifully integrated sequences w accessible pacing and variety of key poses are a boon to morale for anyone (including me as beginner/low-intermediate w injuries (knees, elbow), was delighted to see a yoga class on offer at Physique. Her mellifluous voice and vibrant good energy sailed us through a deeply restorative experience. I’d love to see this class on offer at downtown location!

    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

    Vinyasa Yoga with Sophie was excellent. This was my first time taking a class with Sophie. It was one of the best Vinyasa classes I have taken. Sophie created a welcoming and relaxed vibe. The flow proceeds very well from easy and light to more challenging with longer holds and harder poses. I really enjoyed it and felt that it was a good workout and also very relaxing. Highly recommend. Also a great value.

    The class was amazing, the space is beautiful and is filled with plenty of natural light by the bridge. The class is legit and is a great investment of your time. The instructor was very kind and patient and would help correct people in the class when they needed it. The ending was very nice with some time to relax and breathe.     I love Daniella and her energy is always amazing, but I wish there was more cardio in her class. There’s a lot of light movement in her classes and because of that I don’t feel like my body is actually burning calories like it should be during Zumba. My suggestion would be to keep the beginning of class more warm-ups and easier movement, have the middle of the class be a bunch of cardio (more jumping, arms, high knees, etc.) and then the end of class more cool-down and stretches (incorporate squats or low impact moves). The class gets boring after a while unfortunately! :(

    I love this class! Even though it’s online, it feels like you’re all working out together in person! Jason has an electric personality and great music! I don’t know how he does it, but he keeps an eye on everybody so he can watch your form and cheer you on. People have injuries and they just let him know before class and he will make modifications on the fly. It’s just so great to be able to do a real class that you get a real sweat on and have real fun with a great instructor who truly cares and looks to inspire everyone to work together. Can’t wait to take this class again!
